Extra entries

Know a dam we’re missing? That’s another ticket.

Every suggestion our team approves is 1 extra entry, up to 5 per person. It has to be something we don’t list yet, and you need to be signed in so we know it was you. Already had an account before the giveaway? This is how you enter.

Example

Thabo signs up on Tuesday (1 entry), adds his local farm dam and a tackle brand we didn’t have. Both get approved (+2). He goes into the draw with 3 entries.

Paying for Pro never adds entries. Duplicates, spam and made-up listings aren’t approved.

Entries close 15 November at 23:59.

Free account, one minute, 4 winners.

Giveaway rules

  1. The promoter is AnglersHub (anglershub.co.za), operated from Johannesburg, South Africa.
  2. The giveaway opens at 00:00 on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 15 November 2026 (South African time).
  3. Creating a new AnglersHub account during those dates gives you 1 entry. Accounts created before 1 November 2026 don’t get this entry, but can still earn extra entries (rule 4).
  4. Extra entries: while signed in, suggest something we don’t list yet (a fishing spot, a brand, a content creator, a fishing trail, a competition) during the giveaway dates. Each suggestion our team approves is 1 extra entry, up to 5 extra entries per person. Duplicates of listings we already have, spam and made-up suggestions are not approved. We decide on each suggestion before the draw.
  5. Entry is free. You do not need to buy anything, and Pro subscribers have no better chance of winning than anyone else.
  6. You must live in South Africa and be 18 or older. One account per person. Extra, duplicate or fake accounts are removed from the draw.
  7. The AnglersHub team, their immediate families and anyone who helped run the giveaway cannot enter.
  8. 4 winners are picked at random by computer on Tuesday 17 November 2026, in front of an independent witness. Each entry is one chance. The first name drawn wins lifetime AnglersHub Pro, the next 3 each win 3 months of AnglersHub Pro. A person can only win once.
  9. We email each winner at the address on their account within 2 days of the draw. If they don’t reply within 14 days, or aren’t eligible, we draw a new winner the same way.
  10. Prizes can’t be swapped for cash or given to someone else. If the lifetime Pro winner already pays for Pro, we stop their subscription and refund their latest payment. If a runner-up already pays for Pro, we add 3 months to it.
  11. With the winner’s permission, we share their first name and town on AnglersHub and our social pages.
  12. We use your account details only to run the draw and contact the winner, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We keep a record of the draw for 3 years.
  13. This giveaway runs under the Consumer Protection Act. Our Terms of Service also apply. Questions? Email info@anglershub.co.za.
