How the catch log and stats work

Every fish and every trip in one place, with season totals and filters.

What it is

Your catch log is where every fish and every session ends up. It adds up your season for you and lets you dig into what worked, where and when.

Why it helps

  • See your season at a glance: fish logged, total weight, your best fish and best session.
  • Find patterns: which venue, bait and conditions put fish on the bank.
  • Your PBs and blanks are all there, so you are not relying on memory.

Step by step

  1. Open your catch log

On your profile, tap View catch log under Recent catches, or use the button at the bottom of this page. Everything you log in a session or with Log a catch shows up here.

  2. Pick a season

Use the season buttons at the top to switch between this year, last year and All time. Older seasons are in the Older list.

  3. Read your totals

The top section shows fish logged, total weight, your best fish, sessions, your best session and the venues you fished.

  4. Catch history: every fish

Switch between Feed, Gallery and List, and sort by Newest or Heaviest. Tap a species to filter, or tap PBs only. In List view, Columns lets you choose what to show.

  5. Sessions: every trip

Switch to Sessions to see your trips. Sort by Newest, Most fish, Heaviest or Longest. Filter by type, Fish landed, Blanks or water. Clear filters takes you back to everything.

  6. Open a catch

Tap any fish for the full details: the gear it came on and the weather at the time. From there you can open its session or delete the catch.

  7. Go deeper with Full statistics

Tap Full statistics for your calendar, season trends, venue form and how conditions affected your catches.

Tips

  • Log your blanks too. A blank session still tells you what did not work.
  • Add your hours on the water when you log a catch by hand, so your fish per hour is right.
  • Fill in your rods and baits in session mode. The more gear you add, the more your stats can tell you.

Common questions

A catch is missing from my log.

Check the season at the top, a catch from last year sits in that season. If you logged it with no signal, open AnglersHub where you have signal so it can upload.

Why is my fish per hour empty?

It needs time on the water. Sessions track this for you. For catches you add by hand, fill in Started and Finished.

See your season so far.
